Basic Structural report only From $300 for houses up to 110sqm (12.0sq)

Standard Report From $350 for houses up to 110sqm (12.0sq), and includes the complete written report

Premium Report From $400 for houses up to 110sqm (12.0sq), and includes the "Photo Protection Pack" that includes all the above plus plus photos of every elevation, every room and any defects found.

Premium Plus Report From $450 for houses up to 110sqm (12.0sq) and includes all the above plus a complete walkthrough DVD both inside and outside the whole property

Payments can be made VISA, MASTERCARD, CHEQUE, POSTAL ORDER or DIRECT DEPOSIT

Reports on Multiple Dwellings, Flats and Units will be negotiated on a case by case basis, P.O.A. Please note these quoted fees are for all properties within a 50km from the Center of each franchisee's territory. Out side this radius 95 cents plus GST per kilometre will apply.

OWNER BUILDER WARRANTY INSPECTION REPORT Total cost only $450 (Inc GST)

SPECIAL PURPOSE INSPECTION Only $165 per hour (1 Hour minimum)

PRE-TENANCY INSPECTION includes a DVD Walkthrough P.O.A.

TENANCY INSPECTION UPDATES Only $75 each at any predetermined intervals.

ASBESTOS INSPECTIONS are $250 each plus $110 for each sample taken and tested in a laboritory

DEPRECIATION SCHEDULE (ATO Compliant) From $495

ESSENTIAL SAFETY MEASURES; This is a detailed inspection and report for all non-residential buildings to ensure compliance with the Building Act 2000 and the Building Regulations 2004. From July 1 2004. A building owner must maintain essential safety fittings and measures, necessary to ensure the safety of persons using their building. P.O.A.

Non compliance may result in a fine of $10,000 for individuals or $50,000 for a company
