| During a Pre-Purchase inspection in Tasmania, the inspector noted springy and uneven floors throughout the new extension at the rear of the 1950's built weatherboard home. The floor framing was made up of second hand materials, the structural supports varied from timber props standing on the dirt and loosely stacked bricks on the ground, undersize bearers with over size spans. |
